  • Eligible family members include the main applicant's spouse, dependent children under 31, parents, grandparents aged 55 and over, unmarried siblings, and their dependents. All 5 Generations.

To qualify, the main applicant must be over 18 and meet the requirements, choosing one (1) of these four options:

  • Contribute at least USD 100,000 to the National Development Fund.

  • Contribute a minimum of USD 150,000 to the University of the West Indies.

  • Invest at least USD 200,000 in approved real estate, with the option for two applicants to make a joint investment.

  • Purchase an eligible business for at least USD 1.5 million as an individual or USD 5 million jointly.
